Have you ever thought how is your tongue 👅 positioned throughout the day? You definitely should!


Your tongue is deeply connected to the muscles of the jaw and throat. Poor tongue position can be one of the causes of your:


❗Poor neck position and its stability = pain 👩🏻‍💻

❗Worse body balance🚶

❗Decreased muscle strength 💪

❗Shoulder issues 🙍‍♂️


How to make sure that your tongue is in the correct position in your mouth?


➡ First, raise your eyebrows and smile 😊. It should be a wide grin. Then, start to swallow.


➡ In most cases, the front of your tongue will position itself just behind the front teeth but will not touch them. That’s the position!


Try to perform the exercise 3 times every hour during the workday 👔. This will allow your body to remember this position which will help you neck and your whole body function better!
