My training system puts you back in control of your own performance, career and life satisfaction. Each session is tailored exactly to what you want to achieve is proceeded by analysis of your mood, recovery, short and long term goals and needs. In order to keep the workouts as productive as possible I gather all the information concerning the above before the meeting and not during it.

The training I offer is not the standard one that you will usually find at the local gyms. I do not focus only on changing your body but on targeting the issues that keep you away from enhancing your physical, mental and work performance.

WHERE IS THE SESSION?
I provide training sessions in the Copenhagen area. My main training space is Health Club Charlottehaven based in København Ø. There is a possibility to schedule training sessions in another gym, outdoor or as an online meeting.
